Well organized, hand crafted pixels for the Architecture, Design, Cultural Heritage, and Commercial Media communities. That’s what I make.
For over 25 years I’ve been working for commercial and editorial clients, including Hilton, DLR Group, NASA, Travel Channel, Discovery Channel, The San Diego Zoo, HGTV, the DIY Network, TED, Intel, Food Network, and a host of architectural and design firms, fine artists, museums and foundations. The craft of commercial photography is nearly always a group effort, and I thrive in collaborative environments – be it one-on-one, or as part of a twenty person team. Whether I’m capturing architectural images on location, creating interactive objects in the studio, or documenting works of art, I’m always striving to create images that speak to the aesthetic and technical needs of my clients (and stay on-time and in-budget).
When I’m not on the road, I’m at home in Knoxville, Tennessee, where I lecture on photography in the University of Tennessee School of Art, and make photos for local and regional clients. I spend my days off enjoying my workshop, my two crazy kids, and life with my sweetheart.
