Community
From our High School Art Academy (HSAA) to our involvement with the Tennessee Art Educators Association (TAEA), not to mention our gallery exhibitions and public speaker series, UT School of Art is invested in the community that surrounds us.

High School Art Academy
High school students love our High School Art Academy! Twice a year, for a whole day, high school students join us on campus to practice the medium of their choice (based on our offerings), and work with our faculty and/or graduate students, honing their skills or learning new skills entirely. Students leave having experienced a slice of campus life, time with similarly-interested contemporaries, and a new appreciation for their chosen medium.
