Update content form

Use this form to update all EXISTING content.
If this is a NEW news post on an EXISTING page, use the New Content Form.
If this is a NEW event to put on the EXISTING calendar, use the New Content Form

Updating Content Instructions & Requirements:


A: Sponsor (the Responsible Party)

Name and area of the person submitting the information:
The name of the School of Art faculty or staff member submitting the new content form and the area the posting corresponds to.
Example: Beauvais Lyons, Printmaking

Email address of the person submitting the information:
UT email address
Confirmation email will be sent here


B: Information

URL of SoA page
The web address of the page (usually begins with “www” or “http://”) that have content that needs to be updated. Submit one update request for each URL, if there are several changes within a single URL you can submit them together.

Content to be updated
List the updates here. If you are making multiple changes to one page, please separate the updates in paragraphs.

*Linking to another URL within the page: write the URL in brackets next to the word(s) you want to use as the hyperlink. Example:
Visit the artist’s website[www.artistssite.com].

Main Image:  850px wide x 450px tall. Please edit your images to 72ppi. Any images that exceed these dimensions will be sent back to you to edit.

If more images are needed: REPLY to the confirmation email you are sent after submitting this form, and attach the additional images to that email. DO NOT reply to the confirmation email to make changes to the post.

Images must be edited to AT LEAST 850px wide, or they will be sent back.
