Students are required to present a signed advising card to the Art Office or the Registration Office, room 209, Student Services Building, before being allowed to register. This must be done before the beginning of the semester. Advising for each semester is done during the previous semester.
Students who are pre-portfolio should be advised by a professor in their intended area of concentration. Information about concentrations, including professors' office hours, can be found in the Art Office.
Post-portfolio students must be advised by a professor in the student's concentration.
It is the student's responsibility to make an advising appointment.
When appearing for the advising appointment, the student should bring a current Degree Audit Report (DARS), a worksheet showing classes taken, and any other pertinent information.
