Student Group
Our studios for Painting Concentration majors are all on the fourth floor of the Art & Architecture building. We encourage an open exchange of ideas between studios and studio rooms. We also encourage our students to exhibit their work in the School of Art Student Gallery, 1010 in the Candy Factory, and we also encourage participation in the University’s Visual Arts Committee which funds the artists to visit campus for lectures and individual critiques. We strongly feel that student groups should be student motivated and function most effectively with a minimum of faculty input.
